DESCRIPTION

Situated on a corner block in an inner city suburb, the luxury new build provides the young family with open planned living by maintaining visual connection throughout the main living and entertainment areas of the house. 

 

The main living spaces are located on the ground floor with a central skylight and outdoor courtyard pool running through the centre spine of the design. Large expanses of glazing open onto the courtyard pool allowing visual access from the kitchen to the children. A change room and shower suite is located off the main corridor allowing easy access between the pool and interior. A flexible bedroom | play room suite in situated towards the side rear of the house, allowing it to be adapted as a guest room.  

 

Exploration into different spatial configurations was undertaken providing the client with multiple proposals.
