DESCRIPTION​

 

Japanese style restaurant in the new DEXUS KS1 tower apart of the new $5.2 billion Perth City link development. The new restaurant proposal brings a highly sophisticated dining experience for the daily influx of workers, residences and tourists.

 

The following scope include:

• Flexible seating arrangement to include function area, Japanese interpretation of booth style seating, casual dining, communal table and

• Bar | sushi bar  

• Sake bottle display

• Bonsai garden 

• Waiter station

• Delivery door and emergency exit door (subject to base build)

• New DDA compliant entry subject to base build parameters

• Female | male NCC compliant toilets
